Hello, I’m Mark Ellis. I’m a UK employment law solicitor and CEO at Ellis Whittam. I have decided to write a blog about topical issues related to employment law, the challenges faced by UK employers (with some solutions!) and about business life at Ellis Whittam. I hope to present an interesting (sometimes controversial) point of view that is different from that of your average lawyer.
