KEY FEATURES OF EW ASSIST
EW Assist comprises of a series of interlinking modules:
Leave
This module will help you plan your resources and ensure you are never under staffed.
-
Employees submit requests for leave through their own EW Assist interface. An email is automatically sent to the manager to accept or reject.

The dashboard shows the manager at a glance who else is on leave on the requested dates. Rules can be set to prevent too many employees taking leave at the same time, or to prevent leave on certain dates.
Sickness

-
Prompts and drop down boxes ensure that all details are captured such as nature of illness, expected return date, when next contact is due.
-
The system automatically emails the manager to remind them that contact is due.
-
The system calculates and reports on the Bradford Factor.
-
Excess sickness is monitored and alerts sent to you and your adviser at EW.
-
Reports analysing absence can be generated with just a few clicks.
