| Very Happy Clients Raise Money for Children In Need |

Every year EW surveys it's clients so that it can continually monitor and improve service quality. This year we agreed to donate £2 for every survey response. 507 clients responded to the survey, raising £1,014 for Children In Need. In addition staff at EW raised another £260 with a sponsored lunch and raffle, making a grand total of £1,274 raised for this excellent cause. As regards satisfaction ratings, we are delighted to report that:
97% of clients said that they would recommend EW to another business
96% of clients said that they were satisfied or very satisfied with EW
96% of clients rated the overall quality of advice given by EW as good or very good.
